That’s because police determined that the attack on Pacheco was committed by friends of one of two teens he’s suspected of sexually assaulting during the summer of 2022. One of the alleged victims, a girl younger than 16, was allegedly assaulted inside an El Sobrante church where Pacheco helped lead a youth group.Last month, Contra Costa prosecutors charged Pacheco with 11 felonies, including forcible rape, assault with intent to commit rape, forcible sexual penetration, oral copulation with a minor, unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, and forcible oral copulation.
